As the Melaroo General Manager, Lisa generally manages every aspect of our company, from workflow trafficking to HR. Whether you are a client, co-worker or stranger, she can get you what you need in a timely fashion. Speaking of fashion, you should check out her shoes! Haha! Lisa has been in management for 5 years and specializes in working with new businesses and creating Policies and Procedures to help workflow and company efficiency. Although Lisa is new to the web business, she is inquisitive, extremely organized, a quick learner and is a great balance in our Company. Besides the fact that she has to keep all the guys in line and on top of production, she also does a great job assisting our clients and strives to make everyone feel like they are our only client.
