Another Testimonial

Over the last 13 years, our company has had at least 4 major web site overhauls. Melaroo started from scratch with a new design and created by far the best site we could imagine. Their creativity and how they worked with us is far superior to any of our past experiences. I would highly recommend Melaroo.

Melaroo's Web Design Process

Melaroo incorporates all clients in the entire process of development. We want you to understand what goes into your website, and we want your assistance in deliverying a website that meets and exceeds your expectations. These are the steps:

  1. New Project Direction Meeting - At the beginning of the project, we meet with you to discuss exactly what you want in your website design, the functionality you need, and how it should help your business. We work together to create a site map during this meeting and begin layouting out your website.

  2. Site Map Approval - We create a final site map (flow chart) of all the pages and major elements that will go into your website. We deliver a final copy for your approval before we move to the design stage.

  3. Design Mockups (1st drafts) - Melaroo will then create design mockups based on the looks and feels you have suggested. We use examples, existing marketing collateral, and other graphic elements you may have as a basis for the design we create. All of our designs are custom in order to create consistency with your other marketing elements.

  4. Design Revisions and Approval - After the first draft presentation, we take your feedback and suggestions back to the drawing board and create additional mockups for your approval. Once approved we start programming.

  5. Graphic Interface Installation - The first programming step is to install the graphic interface based on the approved mockup. This step implements the design and look of the site.

  6. Pages and Navigation Installation - After the design is implemented, we create all of the pages and navigation. We install placeholders in order to create the proper navigation for you site.

  7. Component Programming - Once the pages and navigation are implemented, we install the necessary components and program them to work in conjunction with your website's needs.

  8. Load Content - One of the last steps is to load page content. Here we load information, additional pictures, and other content necessary to complete your website.

  9. Final Review and Approval - Once we have the site complete, we present it to you and demonstrate the site's functions for your review. We make any last-minute changes you suggest and get your final site approval.

  10. Training - If your website requires training on usage, we work with you to determine a training schedule to get you up to speed on utilizing your new website!
